I used to, but I don't any more... what's the point when they are mostly on Netflix now! It's a great way to declutter... no need for DVDs and I don't even own a DVD player any more!
If you love a TV show, do you buy the DVDs?

I used to, but not anymore. We own LOST, Rescue Me, The Sopranos, and The O.C. Oh, and my husband has The Incredible Hulk that he taped off the tv. Ha ha. I still would love to own Friends, though.

No. Once I know what's going to happen I don't need to see it again.

I used to. I have LOST and Arrested Development, plus random seasons of some other shows.

Only arrested development and family guy.
And both came back for more seasons! I should buy the DVD sets for other cancelled shows I love.

I used to..and then the tv shows I was buying ended up on Netflix, so I stopped spending the money! I was pretty stoked that I didn't have to drop $$$ on the entire series of The West Wing when that popped up on Netflix

Same as you, Mr. Bee! I used to - so I have all 10 seasons of Friends, all of SATC, Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars, Friday Night Lights, the first 3 seasons of Mad Men, the first few seasons of HIMYM, All seasons of Alias, all of 24... yea, I was/am really into TV shows, much more than movies.

Nope, but every once in a while I do buy episodes on Amazon because we don't have cable.

No, I've never bought TV show dvds...but I've been really enjoying watching them on Netflix. I'm watching the Wonder Years right now...after watching LOST, I need something a little lighter before I get into something heavy again, lol

Nope, not when ou can watch pretty much anything you want online!
pomegranate / 3244 posts
Nope. I mostly watch them on netflix, but there are some that I would love to watch again, but aren't available (the OC, gilmore girls). Although I do miss that netflix doesn't have the commentary! When I lived abroad there were loooong stretches of time where I was quite isolated so I would watch shows with the commentary track on...you learn quite a bit!
