I did meal prep on Sunday night, and I am thrilled with the results this week. I get out the door so much faster when I just grab a pre-packed lunch. I need to make this a habit!
If you do meal prep one night of the week, what do you make in advance?
I made chicken salad with Greek yogurt, 4 mason jar salads, 6 baked chicken breasts, a crock pot chicken/root vegetable dinner for two nights, hard boiled eggs, and chopped a bunch of fruits and veggies and packed them in individual servings. I would love more ideas!
