A settlement was reached and if you submit a claim form (super easy to do online) you'll receive either a $10 check in the mail or $15 in Red Bull products (you get to choose). You have to submit the claim form by March 2.

I started drinking Red Bull after a boyfriend swore by the energy drink. He consumed several a day. I should have known my cup of joe was better, I just needed one cup vs his 3 or 4 bulls.

This is literally the most ridiculous law suit I think I have ever heard. While DH and I have definitely drank our fair share of red bull since 2002, we both refuse to claim anything from it. Since no proof of purchase is required, I'm guessing no one is going to see a full $10 reimbursement.

That's crazy! I used to drink 2 Red Bulls a day, back before pregnancy and nursing. But I don't feel entitled to $10 for lack of wings....
