How do you get them out the door to school / daycare? I'm really struggling these days to make breakfast, get T dressed and out the door for school. Our nanny for R arrives at 7:45 and I'm on my own (husband leaves for work at 6). Once she arrives, it's the last minute scramble to get out the door and R isn't even coming with us. There is so much whining, delaying, and crying in the mornings I am finding it difficult to cope. I leave and the house looks like a bomb went off. I'm really worried for the fall when both kids will be in school and the nanny won't be here to help out in the morning. Granted, that's 8 months from now, and R will be hopefully out of the toddler clinging phase and T will be 4.5 and hopefully even more self sufficient.

How do you do it?
