I do both drop off and pick up. Leave the house around 7:20, drop off around 7:30, pickup/home between 4:30-5.

DH does drop off and we all leave at 8am. I do pickup and we get home at 5:00. Not a bad day.

DH & I both leave at 7:30a, he drops off the 4 YO at preschool and I drop off the 2YO at daycare. similarly, I pick up the 2YO and DH picks up the 4 YO by 6p. looong day for the kiddos, the 2YO tends to pass out in my car on the drive back home.

Don't have our LO one yet but I leave around 7:15 and get home at 2:45 or so. When the baby is at my mom's, DH will drop him\her off around 7:10 and pick up at 3:15. When I drop off at daycare, it will be from 7:10 to 3. Not too bad.
