...did you have (what you consider to be) bad morning sickness? This is my completely non-scientific poll.

* disclaimer - I will be asking for the progesterone supplements today but I am also convinced that they made my morning sickness worse with R.

I had 1-2 weeks of nausea while on the supplements but really my nausea didn't start until after I went off them in 2nd tri.
ETA: At 6 weeks I switched to injections and had super high levels...for some reason they kept my progesterone at around 100.

I was on progesterone and i was a little nauseous but not awful. They warned me the progesterone would likely make me more woozy and stupid than anything, so I took it at night before bed.

I was on strong progesterone (injections) until 14 weeks with both of my sticky pregnancies. With #1 I wasnauseous and vomited about once a day until 11 weeks. With #2 I only vomited like 3 times total but I was nauseous until about 13 weeks. I wouldn't call either especially severe.

I was on the pills and had nausea, but I only threw up in the mornings, after I would sneeze. I don't think it had to do with the pills.

I started 200mg of micronized progesterone on 2DPO and never experienced any symptoms while taking it all three cycles.
On my third cycle, I experienced nausea on 9dpo but I also got my BFP a day later. I had morning sickness with Chloe, too, and didn't take progesterone then.
I had mild off & on nausea for awhile. I threw up at 6 weeks then felt good until 8 weeks. I stopped taking progesterone at 9.. I've had severe nausea and occasional vomiting since.

I was on progesterone after I got my BFP around 5 weeks. I was taking a morning and night suppository (I forget but it was a higher dose). I would say I wasn't even really nauseous and certainly never threw up.

I was on injections and suppositories for the first 12 weeks. I was nauseous a lot, but only threw up once or twice. And I'm having twins so double the hormones, but still not much MS.

I took it for the first 14 or so weeks and had horrible horrible all day nausea for about 20 weeks.

@twodoghouse: maybe it was the twins with the extra hormones...I was pregnant with twins until 9 weeks and my MS was bad.

@LMOG47: this was me, too! I was on 200 mg of Prometrium twice a day for 13 weeks, and I had awful all day nausea for 18 weeks. But it lasted longer than I was on the suppositories, so take that for what it's worth...

I took progesterone supplements my entire 1st trimester. It didn't make me nauseous or vomit, but it did make me extremely fatigue. Like I was already tired from the pregnancy, but the supplements made me drowsy/sleepy.

I was on Crinone from 5 weeks to 12 weeks. I had what I would consider medium morning sickness (and it started before I got on the Crinone). I had days were I just felt nauseated all day, and I gagged at every smell, but during the whole first tri I think I only threw up around 10 times.

I was on prog and had TERRIBLE M/s. I was sent to the hospital for IVs because the vomiting caused me to become dehydrated. Finally, they put me on Zofran. My OB said it can heighten pregnancy symptoms. But I will say, I still had m/s long after I stopped taking progesterone (albeit not as bad).

I had bad morning sickness (nausea, but not much vomiting) and was on progesterone injections, then Crinone until about 11 or 12 weeks. But I don't know that it was due to the progesterone because after I stopped that, I continued to have bad morning sickness until probably the 16th week. I also had it return in the late 3rd trimester. So I don't know that for me there was a correlation.

I took progesterone to kick start my periods, and I remember feeling like DEATH while on them.
I took them for 4 weeks with my pregnancy (which ended in miscarriage...so maybe I didn't have morning sickness to begin with) and I didn't mind them at all.

I am currently on progesterone and 11w4d, and have had pretty much no nausea. I actually had more nausea with my first when I wasn't on it.

I took it weeks 4 through 12 on my fourth pregnancy. I had no MS or nausea with my first pregnancy. The next two pregnancies did not make it past 8 weeks. I was nauseous everyday that I took the progesterone. Mine was oral, 200 mg. I have read that side effects are worse with the oral doses. Since every pregnancy is different, it is possible the progesterone is not to blame but I suspect it is.

I used the suppositories and had mild nausea. I would gag at things that smelled bad. I threw up 2 or 3 times during my entire pregnancy... and that was usually after eating something that made me nauseated.
