...without a BFP, did you eventually conceive without medical intervention? And if so, how long did it take you?

Sorry, not such good news here. We could have tried for infinity without luck without intervention (I had two blocked tubes). BUT one of my tubes has miraculously opened on its own after having DD, so I do think amazing things can happen...

I conceived without intervention during cycle 10 (but miscarried) and conceived E without intervention during cycle 13.

We got our BFP on cycle twelve although to be fair we weren't really in the game for the first two cycles!

My first BFP took 9 months, after a month and a half of acupuncture. Not sure if that counts as intervention or not, so I didn't vote. Unfortunately, it wasn't sticky though.

I will some anecdotal evident for you, too, since my story was such a downer - one of my best friend's had a CP her first cycle and then conceived with no intervention on cycle 13. Baby is due at the end of April!

I voted yes, but it's kind of sketchy. I was having 100+ day anovulatory cycles, so I started taking Provera to induce periods on a regular basis, but that's not technically a fertility drug, and I had two natural cycles prior to getting pregnant, so I hadn't had any intervention that specific month. But it took 19 months.

Yes. I voted 9-12 months on your poll. It took 9 months of trying/cycles, but 12 or 13 months total on the calendar (took a short break after the 6 month mark due to a new job).

We conceived our son in month 13. I had also gotten pregnant in month 3, but miscarried.

22 months here, got our BFP after about 6 months of naturopathic medicine and a 25lb weight loss.

@Crystal: yes, it's nice to hear it can happen naturally even if it doesn't right away! I was beginning to feel very hopeless about my chances, but you ladies are giving me hope, thank you!
