Do you wash your face again after you've wiped it off?

I just started using cold cream bc my face was so dry and stingy. I love how soft it leaves my face! I was looking up some instructions on how to use it and have found conflicting reports - some people do a 2nd wash (which I kinda feel like it dries my skin out) and some people just wipe it off. What do you do?
