I've really been wanting to change the way I eat. I've attempted over and over again and haven't succeeded yet. I've been thinking about possibly cutting something out of my diet. I wouldn't say I eat horribly but I have been crazy with sugar lately (I blame breastfeeding!) and I haven't been eating enough or hardly any fruits and veggies lately I'm not going to drasticly change anything until after the holidays, why torture myself! What would you suggest?
