when did you decide you wanted a second? what tipped the scales for you?

DH and I went in to having kids with a try one and see how it goes mindset. DS was not an easy baby - really bad sleeper, chronic ear infections. He is 13 months now and things are getting better and he is SO much fun. I'm still not sure I want another. Some of the reasons are practical - less expensive, less stress to have just one, easier to travel etc. Some of the reasons are emotional - my brother and I got along horribly growing up, I don't want to take my attention away from DS.

But seeing Mr. Bee's blog post today made me think that having two kids could be really great. Still not sure though.
