I am too tired in the evening to workout, but I really want to start exercising more. I think working out in the morning would be a good option, but I'm really not a morning person. Plus, my kids don't always sleep well, so then I don't sleep well either and am tired the next day.

If you are a morning workout person, how do you do it? Do you go to sleep really early the night before? What is your motivation to get out of bed in the morning? Any tips for me?
