I would say Mr. Bee since he's smarter, and because I'm crazier. Don't want Charlie and Olive to inherit the anxiety/depression/ocd!
What about you?

I hope she's a little of each. He's a computer guy and very smart, and I'm creative and artsy fartsy. And I hope she has his head (no migraines ) and my tummy (no crohns).
But if I had to pick one it would be him. I love being creative but it doesn't pay the bills. And he has the biggest heart.

For all my husband's annoying traits, he's the smarter and more thoughtful of us two so I would choose him. However, he's lucky he has me to balance out his impatience and OCD tendencies.

Hmmmm... I mean, ideally it'd be a bit of both of us but if I only have to pick one then I'm picking me. DH has this string of dirty, lazy slob in him that I wouldn't want to have my kid inherit. lol

If I had to choose just ONE parent, I would choose LO to be like the hubs. I'm really rigid and uptight.

I'd say DH. He's inquisitive and likes to know how things work. He's got a great balance of being physically active, outdoorsy, hardworking, and very smart. He loves with his whole self and is honest, hard working and kind. He was also a strait arrow growing up, and I'd love for DS to escape the experimenting and partying during his teen and early twenties.
Ideally DS will take on all those traits, as well as my enthusiasm for new challenges and adventures, my love for animals and working with kids/families, and my more outgoing personality.

@Mrs. Bee: Wow, tough! I would say that since we are having a boy, I want him to be like DH. He is smarter, more practical and more hardworking than me, but was a happy go lucky kid. He is very stubborn and opinionated - less compassionate and more judgmental than me - but I guess the good comes with the bad : )

in terms of brains I always wanted our kids to be a good mix of both of us (Rob Sr.'s book smarts, my common sense) but overall I'd rather my kids be like Rob Sr. As we all know, I'm evil Seriously though, Rob Sr. is a really good-humored, even-keeled type of guy that gets along with all sorts of people. He was voted Mr. Congeniality of his high school! He purposely sat at a different lunch table every day (the jocks, the geeks, the goths, the skaters, etc) because he liked hanging out with ALL of them... and he went to prom with the popular crowd-- nuff said.

This is tough. Of course a little of each would be ideal. I am prob a little more well rounded. But DH is very smart and a very driven person which I find to be a very strong and important characteristic. So I guess I would want our future LO's to have that. So I will go with hubs.
