We just switched over about two weeks ago. She naps from 11-12:30, and it sucks. She needs more sleep. Hoping it starts lengthening soon....

Our two are 19.5 months...usually 11:30 or 12 to 1:30 or so.
Fwiw, we still have two-nap-days (or at least a nap and a rest) a couple times a week, because they often wake up at 6 or 6:15. Goal is to push nap to 12:30 or 1 and get a consistent 2 hours...someday... -
1130-2/2:30 or somewhere around there. The earlier I put him down, the longer he sleeps, it seems. Just gotta feed him lunch first.

I put her down around 1:30-2:30ish and she usually sleeps 2-3 hours.

Same as @oliviaoblivia...11:30/12:00 - 2:30/3:00 each day.
