I'm in the minority I think but always assumed Will-ah! It never crossed my mind it might be -uh...

I'd pronounce it Will-uh like vanilla.

I know a couple of Willas, and it's Will-uh.

Will-uh. I really like it! But around here they pronounce W's like V's.

Will-ah. I like the name, but as my Dad's name is William, he'd probably think she's named after him!

I think though that because I have a British accent, I would probably make a different sound with the 'a' anyway.... For example my daughters name starts with an A and over here (Canada) many people pronounce that 'air' which isn't how her dad and I say it, but even if I wrote it phonetically on here it would be hard to describe because of accent differences, if that makes sense? I've stopped correcting people now, A has her name said in many different ways, lol.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: Ahhhh, no there is quite a difference with my accent... I thought it the A at the end sounded like the A in apple... To me the 'uh' sound is like the U in umbrella.... Now I'm totally curious, how do you pronounce your daughter's name?
