Would you turn them in?
I would, DH wouldn't! He's so nice to me.

Been there, done that (with the ex)... you better believe my husband would be going to jail, on his own accord, and would NOT be found in our home with our kids when the police came looking for him.

If it was something like murder, then yes. Something like embezzling, probably not. Luckily, my hubby is far to honest to ever do something that would get him arrested.

Yes, I would. I wouldn't want a criminal around my kids. If it was fraud or murder it's all the same to me.
ETA: my thinking is this.... If I covered for DH and he eventually got caught I am sure somehow I would be charged with accessory or something for knowing and not handing him in. Then we both go to jail, and our kids have no parents. At least if I turn him in, they still have one parent. DHs response was the same as mine. Lucky we are goody two shoes

Depends on the crime. If he were out there murdering and/or raping women, well duh.
However aren't we protected by the "pillow talk" rule?

I voted "hell no".... if my husband was wanted for any crime, or about to be questioned, etc. I would *always* hire him an attorney; I would never just turn him in. I would never want him to be questioned without an attorney present.
Then again, I don't believe my husband would ever do anything bad, so that makes it easy! haha

DH would never do anything, but I did say that it would depend on the crime. He's a pretty "by the books" kinda guy.
