I'm almost 23 weeks and we have no name chosen. We'll pick something by delivery!

@Happygal: we're getting pressure from extended family too! His mum thinks she actually has a say in this baby's name. I'm very respectful to her but I just wanna scream " you already got to name your babies, this is not your baby!!!!!!"

We have a name! We were set on a girl name ( Carolina Isabel) since before being pregnant but of course baby turned out to be a boy

We had about 10 contenders: Gustavo, Alvaro, Rafael, Oliver, Victor, Lorenzo, Francis and Gregory were all on the short list before our 20 week scan. We both gravitated to Lorenzo as soon as we found out it was a boy, so our baby boy will be named Lorenzo Vicente ( nn Enzo)

@Applesandbananas: 26 weeks, we picked a first and middle by 20 weeks, then DH found out the sex and said we need a new middle--I said I can't do that because that will tell me the sex. But we're good on first names.

We are 28 weeks and found out it was a boy. Only one first name has appealed to us, but we haven't 100% decided on it. The middle name is mostly up to me because it will be ethnic, and I have 2 contenders right now. It's hard because I want the ethnic name to have significance and yet be somewhat easily pronounced (DH is white and he can't pronounce everything perfectly). So I'm leaning towards one of the two names bc it's easier to pronounce. DH likes the meaning of both contenders.

We have had a girl name forever and DH's grandmother just passed last night so I would have given a girl her name as a middle, but such is life!

I'm almost 38 weeks and we just picked our name at 31 weeks (way later than I was hoping!) We were both holding tight onto our favorites for a long time before either of us would budge. Turns out her name we love and are going with wasn't even on either of our lists!

We're due in August with a girl and we've decided on Lily Lucia. A boy's name would've been much harder for us.

Due next week and still haven't decided!

Just trying to get through the first trimester! We did have one short talk about it and I told him my top pick for a girl and he seemed on board. We had a top contender for LO2 that we never used and I am wondering if it's too weird to go with that one this time?

We've got a boy name picked, but are waffling on the girl name. We are team green.

Girl names: Wilhelmina, Sylvia, Josephine

We are having a girl! Our boy name was set but we had no girl names! My fave is Poppy. DH isn't into it. We also like Lucia and Harlow... Also on the list: Ivy, Augusta, Hazel.
I think if I said any of them were good with me DH would be on board. He is pretty laid back. I wish he liked Poppy. No middle name yet! But will use a family name.

@Silva: I love Alden! Unfortunately DH nixed it, he hasnt told me why.

We are 30 weeks and "narrowed" it down to 6-8 names for a boy and a girl (each). I have no idea how this is going to go down, but I'll bet we'll narrow it to 2-3 and then decide after s/he is born. One of the hardest parts of being

We are 28 weeks and some change, we have a boy name picked but no girl name. I don't really see us finding something before delivery, so we will hopefully have a few names we like to decide if it is a girl. It does cause me stress though!

Nearly 24 weeks here and have barely even started discussing names! We've had a couple of brief discussions but no names are jumping out at either one of us for either sex. We're TG again so we have to come up with at least one name for each.

With LO1, we had a girl name sorted by 7 weeks and never wavered but no boy name, good thing she was a girl! With LO2, we had a boy name fairly set by 35 weeks but no girl name, and it was a girl so we had a mad scramble in the hospital trying to decide upon a name. Funny enough though, I wasn't 100% sold on her name but quickly grew to love it and am absolutely obsessed with it now, so the last minute pick really worked for us!

Both names have been set for ages. But some I liked have been vetoed: Parker Elaine (because initials would be PEE), Katelyn Makenna (T hates it), and Caleum James.
