how did they respond when you came back? 
I was away for the wknd and didn't get to see DS until this AM when he woke up...at first he was shy, and then he gave me the biggest bear hug, kiss, and was acting super playful ... wanted to stay home to play all day with him!!!

I've only been away from him for one night, but when I came back the next day, he crawled into my lap and didn't move for a half hour! That NEVER happens!

I've been away for a couple of business trips, normally just one night but one that was two nights long. They don't really act out of the ordinary, just super happy when they see me, which is how they normally are.

Whenever she sleeps over her grandparents homes, we usually get a big smile and squeal when we pick her up or they bring her back!

She usually runs for me with a huge hug and gets excited! I love it except when she saw me when walking down an aisle for wedding last weekend, hearing "mommy" over and over was heartbreaking, she didn't notice when I walked in just out. She tried to crawl to me, but I couldn't stop and get her I cuddled her as soon as they exited the church though!

We were just gone for 5 days for my little brother's wedding in Mexico and my BFF watched him. We got back late so did see him until the morning. When we went into his room when he woke up, he sort of giggled for awhile like he wasn't sure it was really us. Then he was super happy. And then super clingy the rest of the day...

I was just away from my LO for 6 days/5 bedtimes. He did great during the days but was a little sad/fussy at bedtime. He was excited to see us when we woke him up the morning we came home, and then normal the rest of the day. At bedtime that first night back though he was VERY clingy, and needy. I think he thought I might leave him again

I was away from DD all day Sunday and when I got home DH was getting her into her pjs on the floor. She rolled over to me, gave me the biggest smile and hug, and snuggled with me for twenty minutes (unheard of!).
