Ya'll, I just feel awful. I haven't felt good and alive and fruitful and well since before I got pregnant. That was March 2012.

I'm very overweight and thus constantly physically uncomfortable, get sick frequently, eat terribly (appetite is out of control with breastfeeding, even if the things I eat aren't always necessarily bad for me), and almost never make time to exercise.

Help me. I'm overwhelmed with getting myself back to health and don't know where to start.
