Apparently, the mom is African-Carribean and must have some white an sectors because her second little guy has pale skin but according to the article, he isn't albino. Although the article quotes a doctor saying there are varying degrees of albinism. The picture of all four of them is so cool. I think the little guy looks just like his brother except he has light skin. It's so interesting how genes can mutate.

I've workedwith a couple of kids with albinism and they both had a much more distinctive look that this little guy seems to be lacking.
