(longest thread title ever)

A bit of a story on why I might be freaking out just a little bit...

On October 29th, 2011, my cousin J got married. All of the family was supposed to be there for the wedding, including my brother and 34 week pregnant sister in law. At 3am that day, my SIL's water broke and she gave birth to my nephew 8 hours later. Their flight was supposed to leave at 8 that morning to go to the wedding! My nephew ended up spending 2 weeks in the NICU but was fine otherwise. Apparently her water broke early because of an infection (at least that's what I know).

Fast forward to this weekend. I'll be 35 weeks on Saturday. Cousin J's brother A is getting married on Friday (both weddings are/were in Ohio). My husband and I made the very smart decision not to go to the wedding. Even though we're not going, I still feel like something might go wrong and I'll end up going into labor the day of A's wedding.

I know I'm just being ridiculous about it all but really, all I can think is, as uncomfortable as I am, I don't want to have this baby this weekend! It's an irrational fear but I thought I'd share it with my Bee friends.

Did you have any irrational fears during your pregnancy that you just couldn't get out of your head?
