I used WW a couple years ago and lost 90 pounds on it. I've been under a lot of stress lately, and have gained about 12 pounds since January - I just signed up again so I can get it back off. But I only use the online tools - I've never been to a meeting.

No but I need to. I've done it before and lost weight, I just need to commit to it.

@poundcake: I've been doing WW since January 1st and I really like it! I've done it a few other times but I think it's all been the same system, so I don't really know how it compares to the previous versions. The big thing that everyone says is new is the 0 pt fruits and vegetables (most vegetables are 0, some like potatoes, corn, some beans have points).
