@twodoghouse: OK, maybe you would know or remember this, then. I just explained the William = MIB theory to DH and he claims that the two ran into each other in the brothel in the first episode where William appears. Do you know if that's true?

@twodoghouse: I rescind my question because I looked it up and they haven't been shown together in a scene. But I came across so many confusing articles, some explaining why William and MIB obviously aren't the same person, some explaining why they obviously are. I'm more confused than ever! I should go find the Reddit thread but I'm afraid to go down that rabbit hole!

Joanna Robinson's Westworld recap articles on vanityfair.com are good read if you are confused. She is also on the Decoding Westworld podcast.
Watching Westworld is another pretty good podcast. I would be so confused if I wasn't listening to the podcasts. They always pick up on stuff that I miss.
