I am dying to wash my car, but it has been way too cold. Making due with some wiping as I have a white car. I'm embarrassed.

It is -38 celcius right now and I just got home from washing it. We give it a couPle minutes to dry inside before leaving and drive around for at least 10 before coming home. If I waited for below -15 celcius I would have to wait till march!!

Our car looks terrible right now. We are taking it into a body shop to get repaired on Monday and are hoping they will wash the car too. If not, I'll be going to the car wash on tuesday morning, regardless of the temp!

@MrsScottish: I don't think there is any place around here where I could dry inside? What type of place do you go to?

@betsyboop: it is going to rain this weekend, but looks warm, so I am going to go even if it is raining!!

@Andrea: it's a wash your own place. You drive into this big garage thing. Put coins in and the sprayer turns on. You can stay as long as you want as long as there is not line up. There are vacuums inside as well.
I don't like the drive through ones they never get it clean!!
Either way I still wash it in the cold! -
I go through the car wash unless it's 70+ outside!
