My lo is 11mo old and typically naps 2 hours after waking up for 45 min. 3 hours after that wakeup for about 1 hr, and a third nap is hit or miss. But the last 2 days she's been refusing her second nap at 3 hours and been staying up more like 4. I'm wondering if I should try to stretch her wake time after her morning wakeup to space her naps more evenly over her day? Or do I just let her stay up 4 hours before her second nap?
short naps usually mean overtired when you put them down.
