MY LO is 23 months and poops 2-3 times per day. Just about every other day she wakes up with a poopy diaper. I don't know what time she is doing it but I would guess that is what wakes her up at 5am.

I would love for her to not wake up at 5am and I'm concerned about poop potty training at that time (or earlier if it's actually happening in the middle of the night).

Is there a way to change LO's schedule?
