For the past couple of weeks, I've noticed that it is literally hard to breathe when I lay down. Sometimes I lay on my back to read my iPad until I go to sleep, and I started getting this claustrophic can't-get-enough-air feeling. Like no matter how deep of a breath I take, I just can't get enough air inside of me... It still happens on my sides too, although it's not as bad on my right. I have to use a fan with hurricane force winds blowing on me to make me feel like I can get enough air. My OB said that my uterus is pushing against my diaphragm, and that I need to start sleeping more upright(!). So I have to make a pillow mountain and sleep that way so that I don't feel like I'm suffocating.

The suffocation feeling can be scary sometimes!

Is your baby squashing any body parts or causing fun stuff to happen with your body?

PS: When I google this, it seems more common in breech babies because their head is at the top, near the diaphragm. So I am mildly worried she is currently breech, although even if she is, I know she still has plenty of time to flip....I thought about getting an elective u/s done just to know what is going on in there since we haven't seen her since 20 weeks (I'm 28 weeks now).
