I swear one of my cats, doesn't leave me alone. She follows me around everywhere and when I'm in bed she wants to sleep on top of me or at least have her two paws on my bump.
She's usually affectionate, but this is borderline intense. Is your cat/dog more clingy since you've gotten pregnant?

I don't know if my dog is more clingy.... he is just more BAD!!!
We adopted him from a family who was expecting though. Once the mom hit 35 weeks she decided she didn't want him anymore. I wonder if that has anything to do with it??? Maybe he knows I am pregnant and is afraid he is going to be given away again...

Both dogs and the cat were super clingy. Even now the cat waits for me to go ti bed so she can snuggle.

My cat has been more clingy since I found out I was pregnant and also less bitey with me (she was acting more loving a few days before I tested too). She loves to lay on top of me whenever she can, which isn’t that new, but she is much more insistent about it now than she was before. Also, she loves to sit on my bump if she can, or backed right up against it. She is usually not especially snuggly, except at night, so it’s a definite personality change for her!

I have two dogs and one has always been extremely cuddly (Pedro the chihuahua) and the other (Templeton the Pomeranian)has always been very independent. However, since I've been pregnant Tempy has been very affectionate and follows me around a lot more than she used to. She still has her own agenda but I think she feels more protective of me now.

My Dog has been kind of high maintenance lately and I can't decide if its because she knows something is up, or she's just going through some whiny stage.
One of our cats has definitely become more clingy. She's been much more affectionate and for some reason cannot give me ANY privacy in the bathroom. Either she follows me in, runs ahead and waits for me on the toilet seat, or pushes the door open (if I don't latch it closed) and invites herself right in. Very weird.

@blushink: yep, my cat is obsessed with me. Even when I get up to pee (5 times in a night) he will escort me to and from the bathroom.

My dog is definitely more clingy...shes turned into my little shadow and follows me everywhere! Since ive been on bed rest, if i didnt make her get up and go out and potty...she probably wouldnt...shes my little snuggle buddy!

One of my furbabies is definitely more clingy.... Sometimes at night I'll turn to my other side and he is sitting there waiting for me to snuggle with him. A little creepy, I know...
