DH and I've been in our house for just about three years now. The only rooms that I'm 100% happy with are the formal dining room and soon to be nursery. (oh and our walk in dressing room).
All the other rooms have something small or big that I'd like adjust and fix up and decorate etc. But I'm not the greatest decorator nor do I make time to do it.

Definitely not. We've been in our house 7 months and the only room I'm completely happy with is the baby's room. All of the other rooms have at least something small that I'd like to do. I enjoy the process though and am trying to be content with our house as it is and really take the time to do it the right way and something I'll be happy with for a long time instead of just throw something together to get it done.

Our master bedroom is the only room that is not decorated. It took us about 1 year and a half though. Decorating/furnishing a house takes time, and i never understood friends who went and bought furniture so their house would be furnished upon moving in.

Mostly...We still need some stuff for our bedroom, and I just ordered new artwork for the bathroom. And of course, the nursery is no where near done!

We're moving next week!! Good lawds, I cannot WAIT to start decorating the house! My nesting instinct is going completely bonkers over moving boxes right now. Moving boxes are definitely NOT a healthy outlet for cleaning and organizing!

Our previous apartment was nowhere near being fully decorated. I hope we'll be able to decorate our new home once we get into it! The bare walls drive me nuts!

We are so disorganized, but tend to love where our furniture and pictures are. Hubs' mom decorates for every holiday and season, but I just cannot imagine being that on it.

Our house is a work in progress, I am constantly adding/subtracting and tinkering with the decorating in all of the rooms.

Not even close... we are renting, so no place has ever felt like "home" nor been fully put together. I don't think any place will until we own a house.

Fully furnished - yes. Decorated - not even close. I'm not artistic and even when I replicate a room design from a magazine, it doesn't display right because my room doesn't guide natural sunlight the same way as the photo nor is it laid out/sized the same. I just left it as is since visitors only visit the kitchen and living room.

No, it is work in progress. Our house is pretty big so it needs a lot of stuff/work. We are currently renovating our family room and play room so those rooms should look nice soon.

Ours is fully decorated...at least it was until I took apart the office to start making our nursery. Now that room is a bit of a disaster.

I think our house is a work in progress. We had completed our room, but then we moved in the basement and designed a whole new space. But I'd think if someone would visit they'd think it was "finished" when clearly we have so many projects we want to do.

Actually, it almost is! We moved in 6 months ago and I went a little crazy doing little projects, painting, hanging curtains, etc. We didn't spend very much, bought a new couch on clearance and some nice-looking IKEA furniture, and a whole lotta paint! It looks like a completely different house than when we moved in! The only room that isn't done is the nursery...but that's because I'm not pregnant yet! As a guest room, it looks great I'm actually a bit sad that I don't have any house projects to do anymore... lol. It's fun!

Nope, I really need work on the living room, we have huge vaulted celings and I just don't like the way the paint/art work/ect. looks in the room. It needs something else, too plain.
I'm happy with our bedroom, nursery, and kitchen.

We've been in our house for almost a year and we still have a lot to do. The kitchen and master bath need renovating. There are still a couple rooms I haven't painted.

Not even close. We moved into our house in April and I have a list a mile long! We just got stuff up on our walls in the living room and hallway this past weekend. Rooms need to be painted, we need new dining room chairs and an actual bed so our boxspring isn't just sitting on the floor, etc. etc. Oh, and the nursery!

We live in an apartment so we don't have our walls painted different colors. It's just plain old off white. We do have things hung up on the wall.
