He's pretty good. I wouldn't call him a grill master though.

After "tailgating" in our backyard for every single football game we don't attend, I'd say he is more than an expert! But I hate steak and am to too fond of brats so I'm not a good judge.

Yes! BBQing is one of his fantastic skillz. He grills at every party we go to...people just hand the flipper over when he arrives.

Now his baking skillz, on the other hand, are less than impressive.

Yes! He is a really good grill man. He cooks by feel now and never has to check the temp and it always comes out perfect no matter if it's steak, chicken, pork or fish. You know the man is good when he cooks everyone's steak to their wellness liking. Never messed mine up once in 12 years!

He's a pretty kick ass griller. He was self taught by necessity, I just made him take over grilling.

DH went to culinary school and his chef used to call him the protein king! DH is amazing at grilling anything (as long as it is on the charcoal grill, he hates propane grills). I am a little spoiled in the fact that he went culinary school. I loved when he was in school because we ate so great while he was in class. The two of us were just poor little college students scrapping to get by, but we ate great steak cuts and fish almost ever night.
