Wow. Her baby was born a month after mine and I couldn't imagine being pregnant again so soon!

I don't know if I believe this-- hasn't US weekly claimed Kate Middleton was pregnant enough times to make a soccer team? But they are usually a little more accurate than some of the others, and I wouldn't be that surprised. I didn't realize Maxwell was already 7 months old. I wonder what this will do to her WW sponsorship!

@zippylef: I know. My LO is 6 months and I just cannot imagine. Then again, having her money/ability to hire help certainly makes things easier.
@Foodnerd81: No idea! She has lost so much weight, too. It must kind of suck knowing that she's going to have to go through the whole cycle again - and so soon.

woah!
I can't imagine gaining 70lbs, having a 10lb baby, losing 70lbs 6 months after and then being pregnant again, wowza

That's just crazy. You couldn't pay me to have another baby right now! Well, actually, if I could afford full-time help, then there may be an inkling of a chance....

yikes! did you all read tori spelling's story about her 4th pregnancy? it was crazy! she almost died from having a 4th child right after her third.

@Mrs. Bee: But didn't Tori Spelling get pregnant, like, less than 6 WEEKS after the last one or something insane?
@tororojo: I don't think JS is announcing it. Her "friend" is the source-- which is also why I'm not sure I believe it. Some "friend".
Re: gaining and losing 70 pounds in just over a year, then doing it again-- girl is going to have some serious stretchmarks. I don't care what your genetics are, with that much weight moving around? No chance on avoiding them.

@blackbird: LOL so true. Guess she didn't want to have to deal with losing the weight this time.

@Foodnerd81: yah she also had c-sections and developed pre-eclampsia.

Yeah, I did that... My DS was born in February last year, I got pregnant again the following September. Yikes for me.

My son is 2 weeks younger than Jessica's first baby...and I would be FREAKING OUT if I was pregnant again.

@Adira: Careful! I have a friend who was a Feb. mama this year and will be one again in 2013! I can't even imagine.

@tororojo: haha, well, I'm currently pregnant with #1, so it's totally possible I'm going to change my mind! But I'm only 16 months apart from my brother, and Hubs is 14 months apart from his sister, so we really want our kids close in age like that.

I was 6 weeks old when my mom found out she was pregnant with my brother. She said she cried and and was so embarrassed she didn't leave the house for months after that. It was great growing up though!
Makes me think of this picture from pinterest

@Lone Palm: that pic is awesome! My sister & brother were similar to you- my sister was 3mos old and my mom found out she was pregnant and she bawled her face off! But they are SO close that I was sometimes envious- they were attached at the hip growing up!

@Lone Palm: awesome pic!
WW can't be too happy about this news!

@tororojo: I'm not sure if she's officially announcing... but I remember reading an article where she said that she and her man were sexually active pretty much right after she gave birth... so who knows how far she is...

@Foodnerd81: I was at the grocery store the other day and the magazines are once again saying that kate middleton is pregnant.. poor girl.. could you imagine having that much attention on your midsection?
wonderful cherry / 21504 posts
@littlek: I know, right? Then again, I have this super weird wish that we would be pregnant at the same time... and I am now, so maybe I will get my wish. I heard she DID hold her hands over her stomach the other day-- what else could it be?

Being that I am close to 13 weeks pregnant with a 7 month old..
I will be the first on this board to just say...........
CONGRATULATIONS.
if she is.
grapefruit / 4049 posts
yes, CONGRATS to her! I don't see what the big deal is about how close in age her babies will be.

Congrats to Jessica!
@PrincessBaby: awhhh, I hope my LOs are close!

I just read this and immediately thought of Tori Spelling, as well. Her close pregnancies didn't go so well for her. I hope (if this is true) hers goes a bit more smoothly!

I'll believe it when People magazine says it's true. I take US Weekly with a grain of salt.

I don't think the age difference is that big a deal - it happens in a lot of families. I just feel bad because it seems like she had more focus on her weight during pregnancy than any other celebrity - and it seemed like she had a lot of pressure to get it off fast - and now she has to do it all over again so soon
