I am thinking of getting a necklace/pendant to commemorate the birth of BabyGloss . . . if you have a piece of baby related jewelry, what is it? And would you mind sharing the source?

My DH bought me a pair of blue topaz earrings from nobetterdeal.com. It's the December birthstone.
ETA: Goofy me, they were from 1saleaday.com, not NBD.

Ooooh - I want to do this too so I'll be interested to see what other people say.

I have a Waxing Poetic necklace with charms for DH's first initial, our last initial,, his birthstone, and a rope/heart charm I got when we got engaged. I'll be adding baby's initial and birthstone to it when he's born Waxing Poetic's stuff is a little funkier than most charm/birthstone jewelry, so I thought it was perfect. Their website is waxingpoetic.com.

Like @MaisyMay, DH bought me a set of birthstone earrings for my December DD. They're blue zircon studs that he had made by the same jeweler who made my engagement and our wedding rings.

My mom had a necklace made from Ash & Ash Co. that has a large pentant that says 'God Gave Me You" and then it has smaller hand pressed circles that say my husband and daughter's name. My new go to gift for friends after a baby is born.
Edit: here's the website: http://www.ashandashco.com/#

@Grizz: What a great site! I love the owl and the initial options (I am thinking of doing a pendant).
@Hilsy85: I really like the look of those initials, too.

My husband got me a gold initial necklace (the alphabet disc charm) from Tiffany's once we decided on the baby's name.

@JessieJo17 @MrsJacks @Mole @Adnama: More great suggestions! And Etsy is sooooo overwhelming (but in a fun way)!

I have a necklace I wear everyday. People always comment on it.
ETA: You can't tell from the photo, but LO's name is engraved on the charm.
I got it from planetjill: http://www.planetjill.com/index.php/necklaces/photo/window-charm-necklace.html. There are a lot of awesome necklaces on that site, I had a coupon for a discount, I'm sure you can find one online somewhere.

@MsLipGloss: I really like it, and I especially like that you can add multiple charms on the necklace; I plan to get any future kids initials as well!

@MrsJazz: I have not seen one with a photo before - beautiful!

For Christmas DH got me a necklace with all of our birthstones but I really want one of these (I just saw this on Pinterest maybe yesterday).

@MrsJacks: I really like that one too . . . it reminds me of two people coming together and forming a couple, and then that couple having a little one.

@BelugaBean: I love the baby feet! Gah! I may have to combine a few of these!

@MsLipGloss: That place also makes bracelets. I loved it especially because they take your baby's actual footprints and make the jewelry!

@MsLipGloss: I LOVE those! That owl is precious. The heart is the one I'm thinking of for baby. I also love the nest charms that have a heart for each LO in a nest I've worn my necklace every day for three years and it has held up beautifully. Not a bit of wear on it anywhere!

I don't have any children yet, but whenever my friends have kids I always recommend The Vintage Pearl.

You can customize them (name, initials, birth stones) and they are not all that expensive. I have one with DH's first initial on it and wear it all the time.

this is one (Oak Hill Designs on Etsy) - it's his initial with his birthdate stamped into the letter:
eta - sorry for the huge fuzzy insta-pic

I have a necklace from The Vintage Pearl. If you go to the website, mine is like the one on the far right on the homepage. It's pretty but it tarnished quickly. I would've had DH go through a different company if I had known that. I wouldn't recommend them.
@aprk: love that ring!

My DH had a custom blue topaz solitaire ring designed (LOs birthstone) with 5 tiny diamonds on either side. The jeweller happened to be across the street from the hospital, so I got it before I got home!

Unfortunately my subtle hints about the mama ring to my husband have not been rewarded, lol. Somebody has to get that ring. It's so precious!!

I recently bought an "m" ring, for baby M - first and last name starts with M
This is the only shot I have of it - I love it! I got it from Etsy, JubileJewel: http://www.etsy.com/shop/JubileJewel

I got his name on a necklace from The Vintage Pearl (@limyboo posted the link above). Nothing fancy or expensive, but I like the simple look.
There are also some name rings I've been coveting on Pinterest.
