@Grizz: I have decided to share all of these with my DH, so that he can pick something out for me for me (maybe even for Mother's Day or my birthday). I didn't want to steal his thunder in case he was planning anything.

I've been meaning to post this. I have two initial pieces from an etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/listing/95916592/initial-necklace? I have my initial and my son's.
Once we get to a jewelry store, I'm planning on getting thin micropave birthstone bands with my birthstone and my son's. I'm thinking for our first Mother's Day.
