Doubt I'll get a lot of responses to this, but just curious - anyone else out there watch Korean dramas? I'm not Korean, but a friend got me hooked. if you do watch them, what are your favorites?

I haven't watched any recently but boys over flowers was good a few years back... Heirs too!

I used to! I just haven't gotten into them much lately since I rely on the subtitles and have to watch 100% of the show to keep up. I love them though! My Love from Another Star was the last one I watched. I loved it!

I'm currently watching Reply to Me 1988. The 1994 version is also really good, and it all started with Reply To Me 1997. They can all be watched separately. Doctor Stranger, You're All Surrounded, and Secret Garden are great dramas that can be found on Netflix. City Hunter and Pasta are a little older, but great dramas that I would watch again.

Highly recommend 1) Healer, and 2) My Love From Another Star!! They're my two favorites!

awesome, some fellow K-drama watchers! I think my three favorite so far are My Love from Another Star, Healer, and Pinnochio. I liked Heirs and City Hunter and Fated to Love You too. I'm currently almost at the end of Healer and wondering what to watch next.

The last one I watched was My Love from the Stars too! Love love love it.
There's a new one called Oh My Venus that's supposed to be good.

@Mrs Panda: Did you finish Healer yet? I found one I am REALLY liking - School 2015. So hooked!

My BFF was just telling me about these. She said the series are rather short and juicy!

@yin: OMG City Hunter! From my high school days. LOL I used to watch them a lot in high school.
Eta: never mind. I'm thinking of a different Japanese anime series.

I use to watch them... but a long time ago... another person that liked boys over flowers and full house was good too.

Another Kdrama addict here. I love Fated to love you, can watch it over and over again. Master's sun, twenty again, my love from another star are a few I'd recommend.

@Mrs. High Heels: yes! I finished it a few days ago because I had to take a break while we were away for the holidays. Couldn't wait to get back to it. I started Oh My Venus at @snowjewelz mention of it. It's good so far!
I've heard of School 2015 - might have to try that, as well as the Reply to Me ones that @yin: mentioned!
@lollipop: Masters Sun keeps getting recommended to me by Hulu - I'll have to add that to my list too!

@Mrs Panda: I watched Oh My Venus and Master's Sun at the same time - it was like So Ji Sub overload lol. They were fine, but I wasn't completely hooked on either one. Master's Sun is a little creepy with all the ghosts if you can handle that kind of stuff.
@regberadaisy: @artsyfartsy: If you guys liked City Hunter, you'll love Healer! Same lead actress too!

@sunny: Netflix has some, but Hulu has a ton. That's where I watch most of them, though I have used Netflix too. You can also watch full episodes online through some sites, like Dramafever, I think.

@Mrs. High Heels: I saw a whole bunch of criticism about that actress for her role in Healer, saying she looked ugly with her short hair and stuff. But I thought she was cute and really good! I actually liked her better in Healer than in City Hunter.
Oh, and yeah, maybe I won't watch Masters Sun then - I'm such a baby about that kind of thing!

@Mrs Panda: their chemistry was off the charts though!! And can I just say how much I loved the music?? I think they purposely made her look that way but I still thought she was super cute, and she cleans up really well! Loved her little dance at the cafe and her relationship with her dad. I can go on and on bc it's now my favorite kdrama, slightly beating out MLFAS!
@sunny: do you have Hulu Plus? There's a ton there. Start off with my love from another star - it's there! Or you can watch kdramas on dramafever. It's free with ads.

@Mrs. High Heels: Agree! I think I'd rank Healer above MLFAS too! I have some questions about the ending, but I don't want to give any spoilers.

Reviving this thread. Wondering if anyone else has watched This is my Love (Saranghaneun Eundong-ah)? It's on Netflix and popped up in my suggested. I started watching it since it's been so long since my last K-drama.
I'm about halfway through it and I looooove it. It's so sad.

@artsyfartsy: hadn't heard of that one but I'm in the hunt for another one again! Thanks!
