Anyone have a kale smoothie recipe I can feed to my toddler?

Anything, really! My smoothies are more veggie-y, but kale + strawberry + banana would be good. Or kale + orange juice + banana + pineapple. Kale + pear + strawberry. So, basically I think kale plus 2 fruits.

I completely agree with @swurlygurl: !! THe kale doesn't have a strong taste at all, and if you put banana in it, that flavor pretty much takes over anyways!!

I add in a scoop or 2 of yogurt too, along with a couple splashes of milk (I use almond milk). I also add ice cubes! I love the frozen smoothies!

@stargal: Oh yes, usually a cup or so of liquid (water, juice, milk, whatevs). It takes a little playing around with to figure out your preferred amount. Kale is pretty fibrous (fiberous?) so it can get really thick without a liquid. For myself I really like kale, oatmeal, almond milk, chia seeds, carrot and banana - but that's more of a plain/nutty flavor instead of a delicious fruity one that a toddler might prefer (no toddler yet - not sure!)
