Haha, I thought that the photos were "before"-- I didn't remember how long her hair was before the cut.

Okay i'm such a brat, i don't get the hype on this one! She didn't take *that* much off. I saw one article that called it a "lob" cut, this is not a lob this is "I took 3-4 inches off to clean my ends up."

Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't really look that different to me.

Ok having similar length hair to her before (but never even remotely as gorgeous as hers!) I can see how this is a big change! Probably more like 6 inches? That is a lot! I nearly have a nervous breakdown getting the 3-4 inch ends clean up and you can hardly even notice it. I feel like the new cut makes her look older and I wonder if she'll keep it or grow it out again.

I still read that as "long" hair, I wish she could be more experimental, but I guess she has rules governing that sort of thing. No blonde pixies or pastel highlights forthcoming lol!
