Anyone done keto (or paleo, leaning towards keto though because I don't want to cut dairy)? What was your experience? I've lost 17.4lbs since the beginning of July, most of it in August. I've been doing the old-fashioned calorie counting and cardio thing. I kind of fell of the bandwagon and things have plateaued.
I'm a redditor and it seems a huge portion of the people that cruise the diet/fitness sections over there do some form of keto diet.
I was just curious if anyone here does it, what your results have been, how you started, how hard has it been, etc.
Any input is appreciated!
