It bums me out to read that so many don't use their blender! We're getting one (unrequested) from my MIL as a holiday gift. It's huge! No idea where I'm gonna put it. It's a Montel Williams thing. Ha...

Panini press and large roaster pan. We went through a phase where we made paninis all the time but we haven't in quite some time. The roaster pan will come in handy when I have more mouths to feed and I entertain, but it's just the two of us eating solids at this point and we are waaay to busy for dinner parties right now.

@Mrs. Bee: I really want an ice shaver! It's hot 6 months out of the year too, so that would be awesome for the kids. Maybe if I ditch my ice cream maker... (most unused item).
Also waffle iron (we are more pancakes family) and fondue pot (I have two, why?)

@bluestriped bee: I use our waffle maker at least once a month!
We've been pretty good with buying kitchen tools/appliances that we'll use. We have a juicer that we never use but in our defense, it was a gift from my parents!

We actually use all the kitchen gadgets we have reasonably often.

Dehydrator! I hate how long it takes to do its job, and how hot it gets. Plus, I think our newish oven dehydrates.

Juicer, and blender. Everything you'd use a blender for, we use our food processor for. I'm amazed at everyone saying they don't use their food processor, we use ours constantly. Oh we also have a homemade pasta maker (stand mixer attachment) that we rarely use.

Stand mixer. I just don't bake enough.

Potato ricer. I made gnocchi ONE FRIGGIN TIME, and decided I must have a potato ricer. I've never used it.
