I have a really bad habit of taking clothes out of the dryer, putting them in a clothes basket, & never folding them. They just get piled high. At least they're clean, right?

DH has quite a few bad habits. He'll leave his shoes where ever he takes them off (in the middle of the floor). He likes to leave his dirty clothes on the bathroom floor. He also leaves cheese wrappers on the counter all the time!! Makes me crazy!

DH will open something and leave the packaging on the table/counter, instead of throwing it away.

Mine is *much* worse . . . I leave my shoes all over the house, and sometimes my bras, too! *blush*

Our "laundry room" is a closet. DH leaves his hamper of dirty clothes by the closet ALL the time. It would never be in our closet if I didn't put it back. Then, when his clothes are dry, he takes the whole load and puts it on the futon in the spare bedroom. And leaves it. He NEVER puts his clothes away. I organized his closet for him as a valentines day present, a week later it was a mess again.
He also takes his dirty socks off when he gets home from work and leave them in the livingroom. Gross.

I do the same thing!! I leave dishes in the dishwasher because I HATE putting them away.
I let mail pileup really badly, I just throw it on the table. I need to start going through it every day, but I don't. Right now it's like a month's worth of mail because we were on vacation for over 2 weeks, and it's just accumulated. Ugh. I hate it. And I've tried asking DH to do it and it's every 5 seconds, "where do you want this? Where does this go? Is this garbage? Do I keep this?" lol

@Sweet T: lol that's not so bad - my DH doesn't use a basket - he throws them on the futon!

DH doesn't pick up after himself (for example last night he made popcorn, I found the plastic wrapper on counter, bag next to it, bowl with 1/2 eaten popcorn on table, ect.) It drives me bonkers, I feel like his mother yelling at him all the time to clean up after himself!

I get lazy and hate putting clothes away (I do all the washing/drying/folding) so I will leave the basket for DH until he does it.

my DH cleans something, and then leaves the cleaning supplies out... therefore making a new mess! or stops mid "project" and leaves everything out.

i have a bad habit of leaving my shoes in a pile on the floor, and i'm bad and folding clothes right out of the dryer too!

I pull clothes out that I think I might wear and then leave them strewn on the bedroom floor. I'll put them away but a lot of times not right away.

My husband doesn't put things back either, but it's not just clothes.
