This is for people trying to lose weight pre- and post-pregnancy...

I definitely put some weight on in the last couple of years and I'm trying really hard to lose it. Weight is mostly in my tummy/thigh areas. My problem is food restrictions - I love chicken, but really not any other meat product. I don't eat pork at all. On top of that I have a nut allergy, so I stay away from all tree and peanuts.

Everywhere says munch on good fats like nuts, etc. Substitute white flours for almond flours, etc. How can I work on losing weight with frustrating restrictions? Fruit is great, too much fruit = too much sugar. Dairy is great, too much dairy can cause bloating.

Help me out
