I really enjoy reading the Mommypotamus blog for its information on nutrition. She recently wrote a post on morning sickness that offers another potential source of morning sickness: magnesium deficiency!

Unfortunately it seems like a magnesium supplement would mostly help if taken before getting pregnant...so TTC ladies, who wants to try this out?
Are you taking a magnesium supplement while pregnant? My midwives suggested it, but I hadn't felt motivated to order any until reading that blog post!
