Did anyone take magnesium during their pregnancy to help with Braxton Hicks and/or leg cramps? I'm 28w2d and I get painful leg cramps pretty much every night. I also tend to have an irritable uterus that gets crampy or BH frequently. I try to stay hydrated but I require a LOT of water. I saw that some women take magnesium to help with both BH and leg cramps... have you tried it? did it help?
 
  The one I took when pregnant was pretty strong, and I had to take it every other day just to calm down by tummy. I currently take Swisse Magnesium, which is Magnesium Citrate, and its all good. Actually, I find when I take it, the knots in my neck and shoulder muscles are not as tense.
