I'm 17 weeks and my back is killing me. I don't think it was in great shape before I got pregnant (soccer player), but it's extremely uncomfortable now. I think most of it is from sleeping. We have a great mattress and pillow and I've been sleeping with another pillow between my legs.

I think the pillow is somehow causing a pinched nerve in my hip. It's only there in the morning and works itself out as the day goes on.

But my back hurts all day including while I'm sleeping. It's my mid-back.

I'm looking into pregnancy pillows, but I definitely think back support is the most important factor for me. If you have any advice on pillows or the back pain, please let me know!!
