I'm planning a wedding shower brunch for my SIL. We want to do a pancake buffet with plain pancakes and options for adding fruit, whipped cream, maple syrup, nuts, etcect.
The shower is pretty big (We have a guest list of 40 people). Do you think we could make the pancakes the day before, refrigerate/freeze them and then heat them back up in the oven the morning of the shower just before serving? Since we already need to decorate and set everything else up that morning, I think that would be way easier on us!
