    @Sams Mom: that’s fabulous! What a relief!

    @Sams Mom: I emailed you.

@JennyLayneAZ: @fuzzypeaches: @Kaohinani: thank you! It feels good to not be on limbo anymore. I won't officially accept until tomorrow, but I think I've picked the surgeons office.

@karenbme: thank you! ( HB doesn't like multiple tags from the previous page 🤦‍♀️)

@Sams Mom: I still want the details (when you have a moment) on the interview(s) and what prompted your decision. You [obviously] have been extremely busy ALL day. 😁

Posted on my job thread, but should I cancel my interview I scheduled this morning before the offer, or still go?

  7. karenbme

    persimmon / 1419 posts

@Sams Mom: Congrats! If you know you’re going to take the other job don’t feel bad about canceling. It happens all the time. But if you have some time to respond to the other one and you’re curious you can def go, but don’t let on that you have another offer on the table until the end of the interview (during the next steps conversation) or possibly after the fact.

Also, be sure to at least ask for more salary unless they’ve said upfront they’re firm, even if the offer meets what you need. Although I’m sure you don’t need to hear that. There’s no sense in leaving money on the table.

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@Sams Mom: You are [probably] sleeping atm. I think Karenbeme has spectacular advice! That stated, I know I would go to the interview anyway (* unless you are burnt out from the interview process!) simply due to my curiosity. I would want to know what said job entails, if they would offer better benefits, what the comparitive starting rate is (* is it firm and is there room for financial growth?), and is training/further education a possibility? Of course, that is just me. I have no expectation (either way) in this situation. Please, update us with your final decision.

@Yellowbeach: How does your HPT progression while triggering out look this morning? Your chart?

@Paranundrum: How is your BBT? Have you been able to disconnect yourself from the box of tissues yet?

  10. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

    As for me -
11 dpt, 9/10 dpo: I'm pretty used to feeling "ick." Pretty bloated and nearly always hungry. Nausea is gone this morning.
    My BBT is up.

  11. yellowbeach

    nectarine / 2648 posts

@Kaohinani: Still the slightest bit of hcg hanging on. I probably won’t test any more and will just make sure I test with an OSOM on POAS day. I know now I can trust those. The FRER might never go totally stark white at this rate. Big temp drop but also awake up 5am for an early shift.

  12. paranundrum

    clementine / 811 posts

@Sams Mom: Congratulations! Now you're starting on your new job soon, it'll be a perfect time to get pregnant and say "sorry, not sorry" to your new boss.

    @Kaohinani: Your chart looks amazing!
No, my tissues are still my best friends! Also my throat feels like it's on fire, that's a new thing.
My temps are all over the place, this chart is completely useless...
BBT has fallen quite a bit this morning, I wonder if it's an early sign of AF or what. No idea.

  13. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@yellowbeach: That is a great downtrend for progression. I agree to use an OSOM when testing for pregnancy for continuity of the process and because FRER aren't as reliable for you. Even with the dip, your BBT looks wonderful.

  14. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@paranundrum: I am sorry to read you aren't feeling much better. What has your primary care physician said?
As far as your chart goes, honestly, that dip could be anything (* hormonal exchange, implantation dip, or a downward trend towards AF). I wouldn't pay too much attention to it until tomorrow when you have a better idea.

  15. paranundrum

    clementine / 811 posts

@Kaohinani: I told my doc I'm ill and need to get sick leave. She said fine and started my sick leave. I'm not feeling so bad I should go see her and I she needs to see me only after I have been feeling ill for over a week. I'll probably shake it off by the end of week and go back to work on Monday, if not, I'll make an appointment.

  16. karenbme

    persimmon / 1419 posts

@Kaohinani: Wow! You’re temperature just keeps going higher. Is that the hormone supplementation or is that normal for you?

@paranundrum: Sorry you’re still feeling sick. And hopefully your dip is implantation or noise in the data and not an early AF sign.

  17. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@karenbme: Unfortunately, it is pretty common for me to get sky-high temps for a sustained period of time (until a day before or the day of AF) after the initial dramatic post-OV rise. 🤦‍♀️ I can't put too much stock in my BBT as I age ... and I am certain all the fertility meds have contributed to the crazy of it all. Clomid lengthened my FP by 5 days (the amount of time I took the pills) each cycle. Follistim has shortened my LP to 14/15 days from 16-18 days. Progesterone is known to lengthen one's LP (and this is my first cycle on it) so I have NO clue what is in Darwin's grab bag of AF cycle evolution for me! 😶🤷‍♀️ I will state that this will be the highest BBT on my 10 dpo (@ 99.27°F).

  18. karenbme

    persimmon / 1419 posts

@Kaohinani: Well, my fingers are crossed for you, even if we can't read tea leaves with your chart. Hopefully you get a good answer soon and the progesterone doesn't drag out your LP too much!!

Time is moving glacially until I can test 🙈
Anyone else fighting the fight to pee on things? I’m only 6dpo so will not give in until Saturday at earliest

  20. yellowbeach

    nectarine / 2648 posts

@fuzzypeaches: Oh I'm definitely fighting the fight. I really have to stop testing out my trigger (make this morning the last day) because otherwise I'm getting into "psych myself out" territory where if I see a line that looks lighter (or darker) I won't know if it's a a or just variability of urine concentration. So I really need to not test tomorrow, but... Good for you for picking Saturday and sticking to it!

  21. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@karenbme: Thank you! I also hope it doesn't drag things out if it isn't meant to be (BFN); however, if it is (BFP), I hope it drags out to atleast 38 weeks! 😉

@fuzzypeaches: I'm at 9/10 dpo and, now that I know the trigger is out, I am soooooooo nervous I will get another BFN that I am resisting any urges to test! 😶 I wish I were a POAS-addict, sometimes!

  22. fuzzypeaches

    clementine / 950 posts

@yellowbeach: the trigger makes it so Much more difficult. Knowing me I’d keep testing and spend hours obsessing 🤣 when are you going to test for realz?

@Kaohinani: you would think after so many chemicals that I would be cured of early testing... but nope. Lol. I admire your restraint but part of me wants to beg you to test because I’m so invested in this board getting their bfps

  23. karenbme

    persimmon / 1419 posts

@yellowbeach: @yellowbeach: @fuzzypeaches: I’m so anxious to know, too!! I’m only 8 dpo. If I make it to 12 I’ll be happy, but I also not afraid of seein a bfn.

  24. fuzzypeaches

    clementine / 950 posts

@karenbme: will you test soon? I always start testing at 8dpo 🙈

  25. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@yellowbeach: I am right there with you in "psyche out" territory. 😟

@fuzzypeaches: I admire your tenacity and excitement over testing! I am also highly vested in this board and would LOVE to see every lady get her sticky BFP.

@karenbme: I wish I were more like you ... I state this as BFNs always bring me down a bit. To be able to maintain an indifference over it would be spectacular! 😁

  26. yellowbeach

    nectarine / 2648 posts

Good news - we had 3 embryos grow to blast stage and were able to be biosied. They stuff is being sent to the lab today for genetic testing! Much better than a few a days ago when we had 2 that we didn't think would even make it for biopsy.

  27. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@yellowbeach: That is spectacular news! 👏👏👏😁👍😉🤞🍀 Thanks for the update ... I love reading news like that!

Hey ladies, just a quick update: My lines haven’t been getting darker, so I went in for bloodwork today. Temperature is still “elevated” but has gone down the last 2 days. I’ll probably know more Monday.

  29. Sams Mom

    grapefruit / 4492 posts

@karenbme: @Kaohinani: I fully intended to wake up to call and cancel the interview at 7 AM sharp, buuuuuuut then I was up from 12:30-3:45 with a puking fevered small hooman.

So it looks like I'm going to the interview.

  30. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

    @BUNBUN: I hope everything is okay ... 🤞💜
    Please, keep us updated.

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@Sams Mom: Poor, "Little Hooman!" (* Obvi reference to 'Floogals,' there. 😉) I hope it is something that passes quickly and he feels better soon! 🤞💚
Also, good luck on this interview. 🍀

@BUNBUN: oh no 😫 crossing my fingers for you! Ugh ttc is such a freaking roller coaster

  33. Sams Mom

    grapefruit / 4492 posts

Still can't confirm O because I have this weird slow rise thing going that make marking a temp shift difficult.

  34. yellowbeach

    nectarine / 2648 posts

@Sams Mom: Ugh that's an annoying chart. I guess the slow rise leaves you in no mans land until you get something more definitive.

  35. Kaohinani

    grapefruit / 4144 posts

@Sams Mom: Wow, creeper temps! I think you OVed between CD 13 & 14. You could (a) give it a couple more days to confirm OR (b) manually input your OV date and see if your temps start picking up momentum.

  36. karenbme

    persimmon / 1419 posts

@fuzzypeaches: I’ll probably test on Sunday because DH and I have very different weekday schedules and that way he’d find out at the same time. But even with my IUP I’ve never gotten a BFF before 14dpo.

@Kaohinani: if I had seen as many bfns as you I’d probably feel the same way. But with each pg I’ve gotten at least 1 bfn before my bfp, so it’s easier to stay positive.

@yellowbeach: that’s great news! Hopefully you don’t need them, but good to know they’re there!

@BUNBUN: I’m so sorry, mama! Keep us updated 🤞🤞🤞🍀🍀🍀🍀

@Sams Mom: Oof, poor kiddo. Good luck, though! I have no temp insight because I’ve only been at it one month, but uncertainty stinks in all this.

  37. Sams Mom

    grapefruit / 4492 posts

@yellowbeach: @Kaohinani: @karenbme: Clomid & Femara really messed with me because I used to get like a .5° dip on O day and then shoot up from there.

    Ugggghhhhhh

  38. karenbme

Hey, question for everyone, does anybody have research showing there’s such a thing as too much folic acid? I’ve been taking 1800mcg/day because I bought the special supplement in bulk after my last EP, but idk if I should stop taking it now that I’m outside the doctor recommended window.

  39. karenbme

    persimmon / 1419 posts

Also I’m totally playing hooky from a meeting right now... I was double booked but the meeting I chose got canceled and it’s beautiful outside, so I went for a walk. It feels so scandalous, but also so relaxing. The first days of spring are my absolute fav.

  40. karenbme

    persimmon / 1419 posts

@Sams Mom: Wow, the medicated cycles look so different. I know nothing about temping, but hopefully unmedicated cycles will be consistent IF you need to keep trying after this month. 😉
