@Kaohinani: we did a few times and were actively not trying (used regular lube, pulled out), and it was awesome lol. Iβm really impatient to try again, but think an April retrieval and July transfer are the best idea for us. I used FF future planner to see what my due dates would be this morning, so definitely on my mind

@LAZB: That plan sounds phenomenal! π€
Incidentally, while BD-ing sex is awesome, DTD simply for kicks is AH-MAZING!
I am so glad that you and DH have been able to just relax and have fun with it.

My temp didn't rise this morning, so no ov for me yet, but it should happen soon as I'm currently on day five of ewcm.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@paranundrum: Have you been consistently BD-ing? (I know, I'm being intrusive but I am curious because of all of the EWCM. ) I'm hoping for good things from you this cycle! π€
clementine / 811 posts
@Kaohinani: No, we're not constant BD-ers, we have done it just once during the ewcm days.

Cross post from the IVf board:
Last ultrasound just now and have at least 15 follicles that are 18-22mm and a bunch more that are smaller that they might grab as well. We got the green light for retrieval on Thursday, so that means our FET of our 2 frozen embryos will be 3/12. Iβll likely POAS 3/19 (@Kaohinani can you please bump me back a day) with low expectations. Results of PGS testing will come around 4/1. Here we go!

@LAZB: Thanks! And I'm glad you're feeling good about where you are/what your plan is. Sounds like you're having fun with it, too.
persimmon / 1419 posts
@yellowbeach: Thatβs great news! 15 sounds like so many follicles. Hopefully you get a good one and get your rainbow! π€π€π€
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@yellowbeach: I can, most certainly, do that for you.
That is all such exciting news! I have such high hopes for you! π€

@Kaohinani: I'm getting ready for another interview
Not much on the TTC front right now
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Sams Mom: Good luck! π€ I'll be thinking of you. Get back to us with the "deets" (details) and to tell us how it went.
Also, is AF over yet? I can't wait for you to start the TWW with me.
clementine / 973 posts
@Kaohinani: I would feel the exact same way seeing those two lines! I have so much hope for you this cycle!
@sams mom: I hope your interview goes great!
So ladies, I have learned I CANNOT trust my FMU. The past two mornings I have tested with it and nearly cried thinking I was having another CP. The lines were SO faint. Luckily I had another test and tried with SMU. Look at the difference!

@yellowbeach: thatβs fantastic news, and I hope your retrieval does awesome!!
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Jessiemuller88: Those are beautiful HPTs! If you just compare your afternoon ones, you are making perfect progression... I so hope this is your sticky one! π€
I can understand having more diluted FMU with nighttime drinking or swelling (water retention). In any case, those are gorgeous and I am affectionately envious of your BFP!

Ok, just got out of the interview. I think this one went well too. Like I want the hospital I interviewed with last week to offer me a job in the next couple days... But I wouldn't mind working here either.
I had some spotting yesterday, so pretty sure I'm done today.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@Sams Mom: Congrats on the great interview! I hope you get one of them ... did either mention when you'd be contacted if hired?
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Jessiemuller88: I want to say I saw a study on fertility friend showing SMU is better than FMU for some women because HCG starts breaking down after such a long hold.
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@Kaohinani: last week's interview should contact me in the next couple days. Today's interview won't be contacting for second interviews until early next week.
nectarine / 2648 posts
@Jessiemuller88: Wow - that's quite a difference. WOuld have scared me too this morning. Glad you've discovered your SMU to be more reliable.
persimmon / 1419 posts
@Sams Mom: Wow! When it rains it pours. I hope you get an offer (or more than one) in the next couple of days!
@Jessiemuller88: Oh, gosh. I'm so glad you figured this out. I can't imagine how stressful that was to see the light line this morning. The SMU looks a lot darker than the PM, though, so still good things!

Triggering tonight at midnight with Ovidrel 250 mcg (~6500 IU hcG). Retrieval happens at 11am EST Thursday. I suddenly wish I had some work shifts to pass the time, but then I remember how bloated and miserable I feel right now and that seems like a bad idea... I think you'll see me on HB a lot in the next 48 hrs.

Ok, new strategy - I've added FRER 3 pack x2 to my monthly Amazon Subscribe & Save to try and ensure I end up with a surplus of unneeded home sticks. What's the worst that could happen - they show up after a BFP and then I mail them off for free to a fellow HBer? Plus I save 15% off the price doing it that way.
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@yellowbeach: Soooo exciting! π€ I can't wait to read your updates!
Hey, if you get KU and find yourself with a surplus of those FRER, I am certain that Sams Mom and I could take a few of them off of your hands and put them to good use. π€£
grapefruit / 4492 posts
@yellowbeach: my husband would probably take away my Amazon privileges if I had 6 FRERs a month ... That might also be due to the fact that I've played up the price difference to justify all the cheapies I buy and use
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@yellowbeach: I responded to your wall with a private message. Sorry it took me so long.
persimmon / 1419 posts
@yellowbeach: So exciting! And about the FRERs. Iβm sure Amazonβs going to start suggesting you subscribe to other random things based on your purchase history now, too.

So I know I said I had a positive OPK yesterday, but it got so much darker today... Looks like weβre not as late to the game as I thought we were. π€
grapefruit / 4144 posts
@karenbme: WOW!!!
THAT is one unbelievably, unmistakably positive OPK! Keep BD-ing, lady!

How can someone be nauseous AND starving at the same time?!?! Nauseous ALL day long and craving EVERYTHING all at once! BUT, after I eat, the nausea comes in waves. WTH?!? I'm not liking Ovidrel because it hit me like pregnancy (SO CRUEL!!!). Since Sunday, I've put on 6 lbs. Going to have a LARGE glass of wine and hope I can get past some of this "blech!"
clementine / 973 posts
@Sams Mom: yay! So exciting! I hope you get an offer soon too! Thatβs an interesting study. It definitely seems to be the case with me.
