I have a gray flannel pea-coat-style (with an empire waist) from Old Navy. I got it on a local BST group though so I don't know when it was made. They are EXPENSIVE new from most places so I searched craigslist & facebook marketplace, etc, and posted "ISO" (in search of).

But I'd keep an eye on ThredUP generally for one if this isn't your size.
