My midwife suggested just a basic one and after I purchased it, I couldn't go a day without it. It helped so much!

I had the Medela one, and I would use it if I was walking around a lot (shopping or whatever). It did seem to help!

Thanks all ... Think I will get one for my toddler's sake. Otherwise we're going to have a whole lotta couch and TV time over the next 8 weeks.

I have one but it only helps if I'm up walking around, it's not comfortable to sit in

I had a Gabriella one and it was awesome! I got it from an OB I work with. Do you have any idea what size you'd need? They come in small-xxl. I have two of them and would be happy to give you one if its the right size
