So with a bump that now seems to be growing at an alarming rate (I'm almost 20wks) and finally signs that warmer weather might be on its way I headed into the city today to look for suitable clothes to get me through the summer. As much as I'd like to, I don't think I can get away with maternity jeans for all occasions. In my head I had visions of pretty, floaty maxi dresses...
...only problem is I am on the shorter side of average, with larger than average boobs and bum. Over the years I've learnt how best to flatter my hour glass shape, except now I don't have that tiny waistline so my whole torso now looks so big and frumpy in a dress
After walking around for hours and checking out pretty much every store there is, I had a bit of a breakdown blurting out something like "I DON'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE KIM KARDASHIAN" to DH through my sobs.
Any tips from mamas with a similar shape on how to best dress my bump?
