I LOVE the gap pure body maternity tees. They're so soft and stretchy and long. I'm still wearing them regularly 7 months postpartum, and I'm thinking about getting more! I find them to be the perfect shirt to wear with leggings under an open sweater, scarf, etc. pregnant and not pregnant

@BadgerMom: @blackbird: A third vote for the Gap Pure Body tanks and tees! So, so comfortable and versatile, and they have a great length. I'm basically wearing leggings, a Gap tee/tank and cardigan every. single. day.

@ineebee: I do wish they were long enough for me to get away with wearing them with leggings! But that's to be expected for me. I wish they sold them in tunics, though! They're so soft.

I delivered in July. I didn't need a lot of maternity pieces through the winter but in the summer it was REALLY helpful to have a couple skirts and a couple pairs of shorts. Also a few tank tops!

I love the gap underbelly leggings, Bella (?) camisole tanks from target (have a black one and a white one - I wear one of them every single day under my outfits to keep things smooth, and they are so comfy), Liz Lange ponte dresses from target, and agree with the pure body recommendation from Gap. I also love the underbelly skinny jeans from gap - fit like leggings and are comfy. I stocked up from Gap when they had one of their 40% off sales.

I'm trying to get away with normal tops right now, with either maternity leggings or maternity jeans. I'm also in that uncomfortable middle phase where nothing really fits right. I personally only like the full panel maternity clothes and I'm not big enough for them yet, but the low ones make me look weird. Lol

I will totally say, the second April/warmer weather comes around, I will be in jersey dresses all day every day. Last time around, I got away with wearing a lot of regular dresses for a loooong time. We'll see what happens this time!

Dresses, for sure. Maxi dresses are great! I didn't have a lot of maternity clothes either, so I will have to reevaluate this time around due to seasons/how big I get.

I was due at the end of July. I wore a lot of maternity tank tops or t shirts with open cardigans, then in the summer kept wearing the tops with skirts instead of pants. Once it got warm I loved maxi skirts- didn't need to shave my legs or show them when they got swollen but so comfy.

For comfy wear I really liked cheap target non-maternity foldover Capri pants and yoga pants, one size up. I wore the one pair of capris up until I delivered. They are totally stretched out and I probably should have thrown them out after but for about $10 I definitely got my money's worth!

J crew mat pixie pants changed my life, so much easier to get dressed for work. I wear them with dress frye boots and a dressy flowy maternity blouse and that's pretty much my work "look" right now. They're awesome bc they fit like tights but are really thick, so they look nicer and don't require a tunic top.

I also love my jbrand skinnies.

Eta: when it warms up (this baby is coming end of April) I'll wear the pixie pants with dressy flats/TBs for work. They're super versatile and I went ahead and bought them in navy, charcoal, & black bc I them sooooo much and will wear the crap out of them this pregnancy.

@mrsjyw: that looked weird to me too online but I was tired of having to cover mah butt in leggings so I just bought them and I honestly don't even notice the seam....It doesn't look nearly as wonky in person. They are super flattering, at least as much as they can be on a pregnant body. I am 5'4 and got regular and they are waaaaay long, I'll have to hem them for flats. I ordered the other 2 pairs in 2s and I guess those will be better for me. Just fyi they run long:)

@mrsjyw: My favorite leggings were the secret fit belly ones from Motherhood. The belly material was stretchy enough that I wore them all the way from week 12 to delivery and a couple weeks postpartum.

I also liked the secret fit jeans and work pants too.

@mrsjyw: I'll measure the extra length on mine tonight and let you know how much extra length the regs have...I know the reviews mentioned over and over that they run super long...I just had leggings from APITP and they were fine, but still needed to be butt-covered. I never tried another brand so I don't have anything to compare them to but they were not see through, just the material wasn't heavy enough to try to pass off as a pant...They did hold their shape and I've worn them a lot and no peeling.

The Gap G-fit are my go to for leggings and yoga pants. They have the foldover waist which I love. This is baby #2 due in July and long skirts and dresses were pretty much all I wore from about April on. For work its Gap perfect trousers and pur body tank with a cardi or the pure body tees. I go pretty basic and then wear lots of scarves and big jewels.

I love my H&M tops and the Pea in the Pod leggings. I wear them all the time.
