I am starting some meal planning/ snack planning for financial and health reasons. I am starting with healthy snacks, because the fact that we frequently don't eat all day is a contributing factor in the over-eating/ fast food in the evenings.
I have a couple questions:
What are your favorite healthy snacks/ sides you can prep on the weekend for weekday noshing?
What veggies and fruits hold up the best/worst in the fridge if my intent is to slice, dice and baggie them up in single servings for the week?
